Jig & Tooling

PM-Vina designs and builds jigs, fixtures and mechanical tooling for machining, assembly and inspection — one of the company's three core capabilities alongside molds and automation machines.

Fixtures are designed in 3D around the customer's actual parts and processes: locating, clamping and guiding fixtures, welding fixtures, checking fixtures and assembly fixtures integrated into machines.

Fixture parts are CNC-machined at the Quoc Oai workshop, then assembled and tested with sample products before delivery to ensure accuracy and durability in continuous operation.
