PM-Vina designs and builds automation machines and fixtures for automotive component production, where accuracy, repeatability and throughput matter.

A typical project is the car seat frame piping head caulking machine: the seat frame is located on a dedicated fixture, the machine caulks the pipe heads automatically and shows status on the control screen.

The whole machine is designed in 3D, its parts machined in the PM-Vina workshop, then assembled and trial-run with real seat frames before delivery, with operator training and warranty.
