Automation Machine

PM-Vina designs and builds automation machines tailored to each production process: assembly, pressing and caulking machines, measuring and checking machines, code readers and camera (vision) inspection stations.

Every project starts with a survey of the actual process at the customer factory. Our engineers propose a concept, agree the design with the customer, then prepare detailed mechanical and electrical drawings and the control software framework.

Mechanical parts are machined at the PM-Vina CNC workshop in Quoc Oai; machines are assembled, I/O-tested, dry-tested and checked against a checksheet before packing and delivery.

After delivery PM-Vina follows up and fine-tunes on site, trains operators and transfers the technology; machines come with a 1-year warranty and 24/7 technical support.
